It is possible to modify the T4 Employer report in report writer - it requires a bit of hit and miss work - but we do it all the time.
Each year the CRA when printing, makes minor changes and Microsoft does a pretty good job of alignment, however, each year we find that it is never perfect.
It is something that can be fixed.
