PM80500 (PM Reprint Posting Journal Apply To) is not being populated

I'm working with a GP 2015 user who's PM80500 table is not being populated during the computer check batch posting process.  I've run an SQL Profiler Trace and the INSERT into the PM80500 table (that comes after the call to zDP_GL10000SI and before the inserts into the PM30200, PM30600, etc. tables) is definitely missing.  Can anyone think of a reason why those inserts are missing?  Is there a setting or a disable feature somewhere that I missed?
