GP data mart integration creates lock on GL20000 table

Has anyone experienced the GP data mart integration creating a lock on the GL20000 table?  I've seen this happen twice in the last month on MR 2012 CU 14 causing transaction posting in GP 2015 to hang up waiting for the lock to clear.  Dropping and rebuilding the data mart integration seems to resolve the problem but this doesn't seem like a great long term solution.
