GP 2015 Web Client - Print a custom report to screen

Hi all,

One of our customer recently upgraded to GP 2015 and they are using GP Web client too.

We have a problem in printing a Crystal report from Web client . This report is hooked to Sales Transaction Entry's Additional Menu . I made changes to the code to enable this option the in Web client. Now when 'Print report' option is clicked from additional menu , the Crystal report opens in the Crystal report editor instead of printing to screen. (In GP desktop client , the crystal report prints to screen.)

I would like to know if printing custom report to screen will work in Web client.

If yes , please suggest me how to proceed.
