An end user of ours says that, ever since we upgraded from GP 2010 to GP 2013 R2 this past January, she's been having issues with one checkbook.
In Bank Deposit Entry, it is slow to "pull up" and often the posting freezes upon trying to initiate a deposit for this checkbook.
On top of that, she has a hard time analyzing the deposit and receipt amounts for this checkbook.
This checkbook has data imported into it weekly, through Scribe. And, it contains over a million transactions.
It is the only checkbook, out of dozens, that is having issues.
We have followed KB articles on running check links and conducting T-SQL scripting. But, to no effect.
So, we may need to set up a new checkbook for her which would, of course, mean modifying the Scribe integration.
Anyway, I'm finding very little in the way of articles online on essentially replacing a checkbook "midstream". Are there any such articles or steps?
