Integrating Microsoft dynamics gp analytical accounting module with another software

Hello,

We did an integration  between Microsoft dynamics gp and another software.

The integration was done using web services.

But we are having issues with the integration with analytical accounting.

The value its populating into the analytical accounting table is different from the value fro the source. But every other table such as the SOP tables are integrated correctly.

Please I need direction on what the error could be.
