Can anyone point me in the direction of how to set up tiered pricing on average balances in the Sales module of GP2013?
I can't grasp the concept of using Inventory component for Service Revenue, and when I set up the Pricing I can't get it to calculate correctly, it points to the one pricing noted in the default.
I may be attempting to modify the program into something it simply isn't capable of accomplishing. We are a Financial Planning company, and we calculate fees based upon the customers average balances in different investment types. As the customers average balances increase, the fee percentage decreases. Example: over $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 is at 1.5%, but $5,000,000 and over is calculated at 1%, and the fee is calculated at -0- to the your balance rate. So if you have $5,200,000 average balance the fee is $52,000/year or $13,000/quarter.
