We are in the process of setting up Dynamics GP 2013 R2 Workflow spanish version for purchase order approvals and all appears to be functional except the email configuration setup screen located in Microsoft Dynamics GP>>Configuration>>Company>>Email Configuration. I enter in the email address, Login, and password for the associated account, the application freezes and then eventually comes back saying the login failed.
The traditional Workflow Setup screen that includes the checkbox for Enable E-Mail for workflow is fully configured and tests out successfully with sending and testing of the email action.
