.PDF Print causes Script Timeout Message

This is a message that has been coming up for multiple of my users now.  When a print is run to .PDF (I am using FoxIT PDF Reader Printing) the users go to write a name for the file and a Script Timeout window pops up asking for then to continue or kill the script.  

Is there a way to lengthen the timeout for this message?   Is there a way to disable?
