The first thing that you need to review is the version of dynamics GP, because in the english version, the delete function works fine.
But if you have the spanish version the problem is the data in the SVC00997 table. All the registers are in english, but the store procedure is searching the word "Eliminar" but the table have "Delete".
You need to update the register in the table.
