Hello - on GP2013 R2 we have noticed an issue with Sales Orders - on entering the line item a warning message "Line Item Quantities are not fully distributed. Do you want to continue?"
Looking at the line item details the 'Quantity to Invoice' is equal to 0 - which I assume is the cause. I understood this should default with the Quantity to Order amount based on the online help:
Quantity to Invoice Field:
For orders, the Quantity Ordered will always be the default entry in this field. To back order part of the quantity ordered, you must reduce the Quantity to Invoice before you can edit the Qty to Back Order. The Invoice ID from the Sales Order Setup window will be used on the invoice document. If you marked the Override Quantity to Invoice with Quantity Fulfilled option in the Sales Order Setup window, the quantity to invoice will be equal to the quantity fulfilled, when the quantity fulfilled is greater than 0.
I have attempted with and without the Overide Quantity to Invoice option mentioned above - same result.
This seems to be a bug - or did I miss something? Anyone else run into this?
