How put max/limit on PO invoice cost variance?

Is there a way to limit the amount a PO invoice unit cost can vary from the PO cost?  I see/know there are a number of tolerance % fields in Inventory and POP step but none of them seem to actually limit the dollar amount on a PO invoice.  I hope I'm just missing something.
