Are you a GPUG (https://www.gpug.com/home) member? I've attended some of the courses they offer, which are excellent. I believe this does require a paid GPUG membership though.
The American Payroll Association offers some excellent payroll courses as well, however it's general payroll knowledge and not GP specific.
I'm anxious to hear about any other resources that are available though!
