This is still NOT resolved, even with the January year end hot fix this year. This is so frustrating, I never know what to expect when upgrading a system any more because of this.
This time, I had to rename any ones where the name contained DB, DR, and CR, and then it worked. It's like those are reserved keywords and it fails, still have no idea why. It works fine for other smart lists where the column has been renamed, but with those particular ones it does not.
