GL Batch was posted and is in an Open status in GL20000 but shows as Updating in Batch window. I noticed another issue similar to this but our batched were posted so adding a new batch would not be relevant. Would check links on Transaction Work solve the issue?

Yes change the window rights to default PO entry, not PO with Project Accounting window.
We have project accounting installed, but do not need project information to be connected to our purchase orders. Whenever I enter a vendor in a purchase order, I get a pop-up saying "Project Accounting information for this vendor does not exist. Do you want to add the vendor's project information?"
The answer to this pop-up will always be "no". Is there a way to disable the pop-up entirely?
Is there anyway to have the ship from in the vendors card appear on the purchase order print out?
Please check the firewall and disable if any security process is running and try to install.
Also, turn off User Account Control.

Hello to Everybody.
I need to install Dexterity for GP2013, when I run \Tools\Dex\Setup.exe, the process is almost finished, and then rolled back the installation process, and displayed the message: "The Installation has failed and Dexterity for Microsoft Dynamics GP is not installed on your computer".
I received the same error message too when installed Dexterity for GP2010, GP2013 and GP2015.

Before exporting the reports, change company name in tree and report definitions and import into data mart to check.

We have a customer that is doing an upgrade from MR Legacy to MR Data Mart. MR has been installed and we exported the reports from Legacy and imported them into Data Mart. They have numerous tree formats that have now broken because of the company name xxx-curr vs xxx change and the trees are not picking up the right names.
Is there a way to do a migration of reports from Legacy to Data Mart that will correctly convert the trees so they do not have to be rebuilt? Is there a way to migrate that will also update security? They have numerous users and with our current approach security would have to be manually updated too. This is a large company with many reports and many trees. Updating manually would be a project in itself.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
If you dont have any line item details in your invoices use Receivable Transactions from Integration Manager Tool.

I'm working on pulling in time cards from a third-party program (eEmpact) and I have successfully completed the payroll side. However, I'm now looking at integrating the invoicing side of things. I'm befuddled as to what the destination adapter would be for this task. Is there even one? If not, is there a way to create a custom destination adapter to facilitate this?

No tool available for changing Cost category ID. But, if you don't have any transactions against this ID, you can easily delete and create a new. Otherwise update it from back end. But, you have to analyse the tables linked with Cost Category ID before updating the same.

Before that create vendor as customer in sales module and user vendor/customer relationship to accomplish your requirements.

I never faced this kind of issue. Pay rate will not update if we enter transaction and build checks. First you have to check if any customization running or not.

The transaction entry is created for three employees but the pay rate is getting changed for only two employees. There is no customization in place. However, there is an add-on for time tracking but to check whether this add-on is the cause, I created the transaction entry manually but still no success.
